How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also contact us at hello@doyou4less.com to check status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically ship in 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) and you will receive your order in 3-10 business days. Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world.

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules, regulations and costs. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been a day or two-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few days!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after a week, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

Can I exchange an item?

If we delivered a damaged or wrong item you will be able to exchange it. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt and proof of purchase and damage before an exchange will be granted.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. But because each product is custom printed to order, we have a 'no returns' policy, which means all sales are final. Refunds will only be granted if an item was damaged upon receipt or lost. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase and damage.

To start the process for a refund, you can contact us at hello@doyou4less.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package.

The product I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?

We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again.
